When is it time for a new roof?
Colorado roofs take a beating from hail, high wind, intense sun, and big temperature swings. A repair can buy time, but these are signs the roof as a whole has reached the end of its life:
- Widespread hail bruising, cracked shingles, or granules collecting in gutters and downspouts
- Curling, cupping, or brittle shingles across large areas of the roof
- Repeated leaks, water stains on ceilings, or damp spots in the attic
- Sagging roof lines or soft spots that point to damaged decking
- Storm damage that your insurance company has approved for replacement
Not sure which applies to you? Our free inspection will tell you honestly whether a repair or a full replacement makes more sense.
What a Triumph roof replacement includes
Every replacement is handled by one accountable team and covers the whole roof system, not just the shingles you can see:
- Permits and code inspections pulled and scheduled for you
- Full tear-off down to the roof deck
- Decking inspection, with damaged or rotted boards replaced
- Underlayment and ice & water protection at eaves, valleys, and other leak-prone areas
- New flashing, drip edge, and vents so the roof sheds water and breathes properly
- Shingles and ridge cap in the product and color you selected
- Quality control, safety, and full clean-up of your property when we're done
Choosing your products and colors
Before work begins, your Service Representative meets with you in person to review every project detail and help you choose products and colors that fit your home, your budget, and any HOA requirements. Nothing is installed until you've signed off.
