What we check
- Around the house first: gutters, downspouts, window screens, siding, fences and AC units. Dents here are often the first sign hail was big enough to damage the roof.
- Every slope of the roof: hail hits, cracked or missing shingles, granule loss and wind damage.
- Soft metals and openings: vents, flashing, pipe boots, skylights and the ridge, where most leaks start.
- Inside, if you have a leak: ceiling stains and the attic, to trace where water is getting in.
What you get
We walk you through photos of everything we found and explain it in plain language. If there's storm damage, we'll tell you whether it's worth talking to your insurance company. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too. Our reputation is worth more than any sale.
No pressure, no obligation. An inspection is not an insurance claim, and nothing is filed unless you decide to file one.
When to get a roof inspection
- After a hail storm or high winds, even if you don't see damage from the ground
- When you notice a leak, a ceiling stain, or shingles in the yard
- Before you buy or sell a home
- When your roof is getting older and you want to know how much life it has left
Not sure if hail hit your street? Check your address for recent hail reports, then book your inspection right from the results.
