Call (719) 482-5188, 24 hours a day. Tell us what's happening and we'll help you figure out the fastest way to stop the water.
What to do right now
- Stay safe. Keep people away from sagging or bulging ceilings and away from water near outlets or light fixtures. Never climb onto a wet or damaged roof.
- Catch the water. Buckets, towels and tarps on the floor. Move furniture and electronics out of the way.
- Take photos. Photograph the leak, the stains and anything damaged. Your insurance company will want them.
- Call us. We'll talk you through next steps and get the roof looked at as fast as possible.
Stop the water first, then fix it right
The first goal is to keep water out of your home and prevent more damage. Once the roof is stable, we inspect the whole roof, find the real cause, and give you an honest recommendation: a repair or, if the damage is widespread, a replacement.
Was it a storm?
If hail or wind caused the leak, the damage may be covered by your homeowner's insurance. Most policies expect you to take reasonable steps to prevent further damage, so keep receipts for anything you spend. We document everything and can walk you through the insurance claim process.
