- Information you give us. When you request an inspection or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you’re interested in, and anything you write in the message.
- Information about your project. If you work with us, we keep records needed to complete your project and insurance claim, such as photos of your property, inspection findings, your insurance carrier, claim and policy numbers, adjuster and mortgage company details, estimates, invoices, and our communications with you.
- Neighborhood visits. When our representatives visit homes in person, we record the addresses visited, the date, the outcome of the visit, and any notes, including requests not to be visited again.
- Website usage. Like most websites, we automatically collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at our site, your general location (city level), device and browser type, and actions like clicking our phone number or submitting a form. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule inspections and appointments, and contact you by phone, text message, or email about your project.
- To perform roofing and exterior work, and to prepare documentation for and communicate with your insurance company and mortgage company about your claim.
- To send invoices and handle payments and billing.
- To respect “do not visit” requests and manage our neighborhood outreach.
- To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.
- To comply with the law, building permit and code requirements, and to protect our rights.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you and run our business:
- Your insurance company and mortgage company, when you work with us on a claim, so your claim can be documented, approved, and paid.
- Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, including website hosting and form processing (Netlify), our secure customer database (Supabase), email (Microsoft 365), mapping and address lookup (Mapbox), appointment and reminder emails (Resend), and website analytics (Google). They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Building departments and suppliers, as needed for permits, inspections, and materials for your project.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Triumph, our customers, or others.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inspection, project, or claim. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how often our phone number is tapped). Google collects this information under its own privacy policy; you can learn more at how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block cookies in your browser settings or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access limited to authorized team members, and secure, access-controlled storage for customer records and photos. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We keep project and claim records for as long as needed to complete your project, honor any warranties, and meet legal, insurance, and tax obligations. We keep other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes described above.
Your choices
- You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing Office@TriumphRoofings.com or calling (719) 482-5188. We may need to keep certain records when required by law or for an open insurance claim or warranty.
- You can ask us not to visit your home, and we will note it in our records.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
