Residential flat roofs
Flat and low-slope roofs need a different approach than shingle roofs. Water drains slowly, snow sits longer, and every seam and penetration matters. We replace worn-out flat roofs with a continuous membrane system and pay close attention to the details where leaks usually start:
- Seams and edges sealed against wind-driven rain and snowmelt
- Skylights, vents, and pipes properly flashed
- Parapet walls and transitions protected
- Drainage that moves water off the roof instead of letting it pond
Commercial roofing
We also re-roof commercial properties, including multi-building projects like storage facilities. Commercial jobs get the same process our homeowners get: a dedicated representative, clear communication, permits and inspections handled, and a clean site when we're done.
Storm damage on flat roofs
Hail can puncture or bruise membrane roofs and crack skylights, and the damage is easy to miss. If a storm has come through, a free inspection can document damage for your insurance claim.
